1. Admin Specialist Center for Teaching and Learning at North Arkansas College
2. I have three great leaders in my life: My dad, my mother in law, and my current supervisor. They are all the epitome of perseverance and believing in yourself and others.

1. I am the Career and Technical Educator Coordinator at O.U.R. Educational Service Cooperative.
2. My dad because he faced insurmountable obstacles growing up and came out on the other side to be kind, selfless, and gracious. I look up to my previous boss, Mr. Rick Nance, for similar reasons and because he always encouraged those working under him to extend grace, do what is right even if it is harder, own up to your failures, and learn from your failures so that you are always improving.
3. I hope to learn strategies to be a better leader and connect with other leaders in our community.

Nathan Windel

1. I am the Science Specialist at OUR Educational Service Cooperative.
2. One of the defining characteristics of a leader is the ability to get people to follow. There are several people that epitomize this to me, one of whom is Gandhi. In 1930, in defiance of the British rule in India, he marched 240 miles to protest the Salt Tax. Along the way, tens of thousands of people joined him in the march, which paved the way for India's independence. Small acts of leadership can bring massive change.
3. I believe in the power of positive disruption and disruptive innovation. During this unprecedented time, I hope to take from this course a renewed sense of excitement for how disruption can lead to great and positive change.

1. I am an Advisor with the Career Pathways program at Northark.
2. The leader I have always looked up to is named Al. I met him as a young kid and instantly knew he was someone I could count on. He earned the respect of his team by showing interest in them and their families. He truly made his team feel like part of his family.
3. I hope to learn new strategies and ideas about leadership that I can hopefully pass on to others.

1. I am the Coordinator for the Partnerships for Success Grant with the North Arkansas Partnership for Health Education.
2. A leader that I look up to is my wife. Over the last nine months she has given birth to our daughter, finished her masters degree, passed the National Counselors exam and started a new career. She accomplished all of this while helping to lead our family by demonstrating her passion and commitment to the things she believes in despite being in the middle of a pandemic.
3. What I hope to achieve at the end of this course is the ability to better impact and serve the communities that I work for.

- I am the Dean of Health Professions at North Arkansas College.
- Pope John Paul II is a leader that I've admired due to his visionary focus on inspiring youth, influence on peace, and strong faith through adversity.
- My aim is to learn more about the Harrison/NW Arkansas community and contribute to its development to the extent of the opportunity(ies) feasible.

1. I am the Retention Specialist at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.
2. The individual I look up to is named Keith. I met Keith at the Hospital I worked at in Wyoming. He was working as an ER Nurse at the time. His caring selfless contributions to his co-workers inspired me to always be willing to learn and grow, be teachable and that you don’t have to be in a leadership role to lead and support others.
3. I am a lifelong learner and I hope to gain new ideas and connections that will enhance my ability to be an effective leader.
