When navigating seasons of disruption, leaders must be intentional about how they will evolve through it. “Disruption always creates opportunities. In all of the chaos that happens… there is always an opportunity for positive disruption.” How will you evolve through the disruptions you face as a leader? *Click 'Comments' and discuss below*

This talk very much relates to the theme of Leadership in Times of Disruptive Change. In particular, Rahaf Harfoush commented that "constant change equals continuous adaptation" to move towards a new normal. During these unprecedented COVID-19 times, there has certainly been continuous adaptation to the numerous measures to stem the pandemic's impact on the global and local society. The old normal has been replaced and will never return to its original state due to the disruptive changes and advances of 2020. 9/23/2020 07:07:36 am
Excellent look at how the individual must change but finding 30 minutes each day to 'space out' (my words, not hers) is really tough.

I very much enjoyed this video! It was very eye-opening how much value we place in over-working ourselves. We are proud of working ourselves too hard, when in reality, it’s not a good thing. Comments are closed.
