The Pillars of Trust
Are there any of these pillars that you value more than the others? Which of these do you or your organization feel strong in? Which feels like a growth opportunity for you or your organization?

WOW, powerful stuff. My initial thoughts are both from a personal and organizational level. Within my profession at our denominational level everyone is talking about there being a huge lack of leadership problem from our Bishops, but I am now fully convinced that this is not the issue the problem circles back to a lack of trust. Then from a personal level, I think of myself and really want to analyze my own behaviors to make sure I am truly gaining the trust of the people I serve so I can be the best leader and revitalize my church. Lots more I could say, but need some more time to digest. 8/29/2022 12:11:58 pm
The value and power of TRUST....David Horsager was a great speaker. The Pillars of Trust are simple but extraordinarily important - both personally and professionally. This challenges me to self-reflect, evaluate, and see how I can improve. Comments are closed.
