Q: What is the most memorable piece of advice you have received since opening the Nosari Home Mortgage Harrison office?
A: Chris – While working on a difficult loan file a realtor told me, “I know you can get this done.” That statement resonated with me, and I have implemented processes and continued to get loans done. We have closed over 10 thousand loans since then.
Q: What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received?
A: Work hard and be nice to people. We have this on a banner hanging in our office, and we try to practice it daily.
Q: What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received?
A: “Work your business, or your business won’t work”. I heard this bit of advice while attending a training class a few years ago. And, I thought, how true! If you don’t put the time, energy and hard work into growing your business, how will you ever become successful? We even have a graffiti slogan painted on our lobby wall that says—Work Hard, Be Kind, and Amazing things will happen! |
